Merlin Clifford Graff of Cuba, MO was born on Friday, January 17, 1936 in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin to Jacob Graff and Mabel Hiley Graff. He passed away in his home on Wednesday, November 13, 2019 at the age of 83 years, 9 months, and 27 days.
Merlin married Lucille Rose Fulliam on July 2, 1956 in Goldendale, WA and to this union three sons were born. Merlin worked many years on the Railroad in NW United States. He later worked as an auto mechanic at several service stations. He attended Church of God and gave much to Billy Graham Association. He was a lover of animals and always took a stray in. He supported Wildlife Association and Jane Goodall Institute. His hobbies were fishing and shooting pool. Merlin will be missed by his family and friends who loved him.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sons Phillip and Paul Graff; brothers Jacob, Raymond, Orville and Leo Graff; sisters Evelyn Hussey and Marion Miller; sister-in-law Bessie Copling; brothers-in-law Don Boyster, Paul (Carolyn) Fulliam, James and John Fulliam.
He is survived by his wife Lucille Fulliam Graff of Cuba, MO; son Michael Graff of Union, MO; brother-in-law Pastor Henry (Patsy) Copling of Cuba, MO; sisters-in-law Louise Boyster of Kimberling City, MO and Bertha Davis of DeSoto, MO; special friend Roger Knapp of Union, MO; grandchildren Roger Lee Knapp of Union, MO and Jimmy Ray Knapp of Lebanon, MO; nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation was from 2:00 to 3:00PM on Sunday, November 17, 2019 at Hutson Funeral Home, Cuba, MO. Funeral Service was at 3:00PM on Sunday, November 17, 2019 at Hutson Funeral Home, Cuba, MO with Pastor Henry Copling officiating. Burial will be at Lick Creek Cemetery, Cuba, MO. Pallbearers were Jack Scott, Matt Fulliam, David Hurst, Roger Lee and Jimmy Ray Knapp. Memorials were suggested to Partners for the Cuba Pound, 224 Enterprise Dr., Cuba, MO and/or the family for burial expense.
