Wanda Lou Bell of Salem, MO was born on Thursday, November 3, 1960 in Steelville, MO to Earl Harvey Bell and Thelma Lorene (Brooks) Bell. She passed away on Tuesday, December 10, 2019 at Steelville Senior Living at the age of 59 years, 1 month and 7 days.
Wanda accepted the Lord, was a member of Salem Full Gospel Church and loved her church family. She attended Salem High School. She married Homer Tabor on November 4, 1978 and to this union a son, Bryan, was born. She worked a number of years as a clerk at Break Time in Salem. She met the love of her life, Timothy Craig Rolf, 26 years ago and had enjoyed their life together ever since. Wanda loved to watch baseball and was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan. She liked the outdoors and to fish. She and Tim both enjoyed collecting guns and also to shoot them. Most of all, Wanda loved her family. She and Tim wanted to give special recognition to Dr. Mirza, he became a close friend and was much appreciated.
She was preceded in death by her father Earl Bell; mother Thelma Bell Bridges; ex-husband Homer Tabor; sister Laura Browning; brother Carl Bell and brother-in-law Rick Johnson.
She is survived by her loving companion Timothy Rolf of Salem, MO; son Bryan Tabor (companion Angie Young) of Mehlville, MO; stepdaughters Emily Rolf (companion Derrick Shaw) and Hannah Rolf both of Salem, MO; grandchildren Austin Tabor and Katlyn Tabor; great grandson Elijah James; siblings Gail Lederle of Leasburg, MO, Dale (Bob) Burrows of Cherryville, MO, Lester Bridges and Lloyd Bridges both of Cherryville, MO and Lorette Lemons of Cuba, MO; brother-in-law James Rolf of St. Louis, MO; sisters-in-law Diane Rolf of St. Louis, MO, Donna Johnson and Dana Craig both of Chicago, IL; father-in-law Thomas Brady of Salem, MO; nieces, nephews, cousins, church family and many friends.
Visitation was from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM on Monday, December 16, 2019 at Hutson Funeral Home, Steelville, MO. Funeral Service immediately followed at 12:00 PM with Pastor Bill Stack officiating. Burial was at Eaton Cemetery, Cherryville, MO on Wednesday, December 18, 2019. Memorials were suggested to the American Lung Association.
