Bobby Gene Burrow

Bobby Gene Burrow of Cherryville, MO was born on Thursday, February 26, 1948, to Cleveland Burrow and Ethel Marie Burrow (nee Pankey).  He passed away on Thursday, January 26, 2023, at his home in Cherryville, MO at the age of 74 years and 11 months.

Bobby was raised Piggott, Arkansas where he also attended school.  He worked as a truck driver and was a deputy sheriff in Arkansas. When he was 60 years old, Bobby moved to Cherryville, MO where he met and married the love of his life, Dale Jean Bell on May 7, 2016, in Cherryville, MO by Pastor Joe Bruno.  Upon moving to Missouri, Bobby worked at Robert Judson Lumber in Cuba, MO until his retirement. Bobby accepted the Lord as his personal Savior.   He loved gardening, hunting, fishing, wood burning, and being outside.  Mostly, Bobby loved his family and grandbabies.

Bobby was preceded in death by his father Cleveland Burrow; mother Ethel Casteel; parents-in-law Earl (wife Thelma) Bell; daughter Beverly Garrison; brothers Cleveland Jr. (wife Teresa) Burrow, Bill Burrow, Lowell Burrow, Harold Burrow and Junior; sisters Faye (husband Louis) Wiseman, Donna (husband Kenny) Thomas and Bonnie Shelton; brothers-in-law Joe Lemons and Lester (wife Linda) Bridges; sister-in-law Laura Horton.

Bobby is survived by his wife Dale Jean Burrow (nee Bell) of Cherryville, MO; children Shannon Nugent of Steelville, MO, Amy (Thomas) Watson of Doe Run, MO, Jamie Helms and Andy Helms both of Cherryville, MO; siblings Danny Burrow of Arlington, TX, Curtis (Sherry) Burrow of Cuba, MO, Margaret (Jim) Harmon of Cherryville, MO, Mary (Sonny) Hutchings of Steelville, MO, Kathy, Louetta and Rosetta; brothers-in-law Lloyd Bridges of Cherryville, MO and J.C. Shelton of Greenway, AR; sisters-in-law Gail Lederle and Lorette Lemons both of Cuba, MO and Betty Ann Burrow of Clarksville, TN; grandchildren Autumn Baltzell, Brandon Baltzell, Alexis Griffin, Trinity Miller, Autumn Lewis, Cierra Lewis, Haley Watson, Riki Watson, Devin Watson, Brittany Helms, Andrea Helms and Nathan Helms; great grandchildren Ryder, Levi, Paisley, Chevelle, Reagan, Jasper and Weston; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. 

The family chose cremation as his final disposition.  No services will be held.
