Bradley Ryan Sego of Sullivan, MO, was born on Sunday, December 28, 1975, in St. Louis, MO, to Donald Caffrey Sego and Janet Ann Hopkins, nee Hinch. He passed away on Sunday, December 15, 2024, at Mercy South Hospital in St. Louis, MO, at the age of 48 years, 11 months and 17 days.
Bradley graduated from Grandview High School in the Class of 1994 and later received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Lutheran School of Nursing to be a RN. He worked as a traveling nurse throughout many states, visiting Arkansas, Texas and even making Florida home for 8 years. Bradley was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hiking, camping and spending time at the family cabin on the Meramec River. He loved going to Branson, and Jeep rallies, especially in Eureka Springs. Bradley loved the ocean and going on cruises; he participated in several mountain bike rides from Miami, FL to Key West, FL. Bradley attended Deer Creek Church in Cuba, MO with his father, Donald. Most of all, Bradley loved family gatherings and time spent with friends.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Kenneth and Angelina Sego; maternal grandparents, Clinton and Imogene Hinch.
Bradley is survived by his loving parents, Donald (Sheila) Sego of Sullivan, MO and Janet Hopkins (Flavio Rovertoni) of Columbia, IL; sister, Kimberly Sego (Mike Peirick) of Cedar Hill, MO; step-siblings Shawna Terry of Bland, MO, Alicia (Andrew) Gebhardt of St. Charles, MO, Flavio Jr. (Katherine) Rovertoni of Milwaukee, WI, and Anthony Rovertoni of Desloge, MO; aunts, uncles, many special nieces and nephews, special cousins and friends.
Visitation is from 6:00 PM- 8:00 PM on Friday, December 20, 2024, at Hutson Funeral Home, Steelville, MO. Funeral Service is at 11:00 AM on Saturday, December 21, 2024, at Hutson Funeral Home, Steelville, MO, with Pastor Tommy Miller officiating. Burial is at Barnicle Chapel Cemetery in Steelville, MO. Memorials may be given to the American Cancer Society.
