Brenda Lee Watts, nee Ryon, of Cuba, MO was born on Thursday, November 5, 1959 to Elijah Edward Ryon and Jessie Lee Jarvis Ryon. She passed away at SSM Health St. Clare Hospital in Fenton, MO on Friday, January 28, 2022 at the age of 62 years, 2 months and 23 days.
Brenda was raised in St. Louis, MO and attended Cleveland High School. She worked at Weissman in St. Louis, MO over 14 years. After moving to Cuba, MO in 2013, she worked at Paramount Apparel in Bourbon, MO. Brenda had accepted the Lord as her personal Savior and attended Deer Creek Church in Cuba, MO with her mother. She enjoyed coloring, playing games on her phone, Halloween and anything to do with skulls. She loved her dog Georgie. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father Elijah Ryon and grandson Ryon Smith.
Brenda is survived by her mother Jessie Stillman of Cuba, MO; children Jennifer Watts of Bridgeton, MO, Robert Lohman, Jr. of Potosi, MO and Starr Lohman of Cuba, MO; eight grandchildren Aryanah, Celeste, RonTre', Rasheed, Lil'Rob, Matthias, Randall and Ezekiel; nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
Visitation was from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM on Wednesday, February 2, 2022 at Hutson Funeral Home in Cuba, MO. Funeral Service immediately followed at 1:00 PM with Pastor Tommy Miller officiating. The service was live-streamed on Hutson Funeral Home in Cuba, MO's Facebook Page beginning at 12:55 PM. The family chose cremation as her final disposition. In lieu of flowers, donations were suggested to St Louis County Pet Adoption Center. (1521 Baur Blvd St Louis Mo 63132)
