Bryce G. Howdeshell

Bryce Gordon Howdeshell, of Steelville, MO, was born on Tuesday, December 29, 1953 in St. Louis, MO.  He passed away at his home on Sunday, January 1, 2023 at the age of 69 years and 3 days.

Bryce was raised in St. Louis, MO by his father Noel Noah Howdeshell and step-mother Helen Howdeshell and graduated from Ritenour High School.  He worked for Anheuser-Busch Promotion Products until he moved to Cuba, MO; he then worked for Brown Shoe Co. until they closed and retired from Fleming.  Bryce was a homebody but always kept busy, either piddling in his garage or working on his immaculate yard.  Most of all, Bryce enjoyed being with his family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents Noel and Helen Howdeshell; brother Robert Bailey.

Bryce is survived by his loving companion Janice Brand of Steelville, MO; children Jonathan "Scott" (Carrie) Howdeshell of Birmingham, AL, Mary Beth (Alan) Adams and Amy (Brian) Booker both of Steelville, MO; sister Elizabeth (Bernard) Russ of Leawood, KS; 4 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren; cousins and many friends.

The family chose cremation as his final disposition.  There will not be any services held at this time.
