Hazel Rae Clonts

Hazel Rae Clonts, of Vienna, MO, was born on Tuesday, October 25, 2022, in Sullivan, MO to Jacob Michael Clonts and Taylor Rae Baker.  She passed away unexpectedly into the arms of Jesus on Tuesday, June 20, 2023, at the age of 7 months and 26 days.

During her brief time on earth, Hazel was a perfect blue eyed baby girl to her parents and family members.  She was always happy, nicknamed “Smiley” by her Grandpa Baker.  She was a momma’s girl but adored holding tightly to her father’s fingers. She touched many lives and was loved deeply by family and friends.

Hazel was preceded in death by her great grandmother Adele (Merritt) Hudson; great grandfather Emory Clonts; great grandparents Albert (MaryAnn) Bauman; and great uncle Shannon Baker.

Hazel is survived by her loving parents Jacob Clonts and Taylor Baker of Vienna, MO; siblings, Elijah Clonts and Serenity Clonts of Vienna, MO; grandparents Michael (Susan) Clonts of Stanton, MO, Wesley (Sara) Baker and Erica Hudson all of Rolla, MO; great grandparents Marlene Clonts of Steelville, MO and Rose (Wesley) Baker of Cuba, MO; aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of others who loved her.

Visitation was from 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM on Monday, June 26, 2023, at Hutson Funeral Home in Cuba, MO.  Funeral Service immediately followed at 12:00 PM with Pastor Bradley Dimock officiating.  Burial was at Kinder Cemetery, Cuba, MO.
