Jeanette Leigh (Fields) Jackson

Jeanette Leigh Jackson, nee Fields, was born on Wednesday, November 15, 1961 in St. Louis, MO.  She passed away at Phelps Health in Rolla, MO on Friday, January 6, 2023 at the age of 61 years, 1 month and 22 days.

Jeanette attended Southwest High School in St. Louis, MO and went to Sanford Brown College for a secretarial program.  She then put her degree to work while employed as the secretary for Southwest Bank in St. Louis, MO.  She had accepted the Lord as her personal Savior and loved God.  Jeanette enjoyed crafts, whether it was to crochet or beadwork for jewelry. She loved to take pictures and had her own treasure trove, she enjoyed reading and being at home with her cat.  Most of all, Jeanette loved her family.

She was preceded in death by her mother Sandra Katherine Marshall, nee Moore; infant brother Patrick Marshall.

Jeanette is survived by her daughter Rachel Marshall of Ste. Genevieve, MO; father Jerry Marshall, Sr. of Herculaneum, MO; brother Bud (wife Sheila) Marshall of Ste. Genevieve, MO; nieces Amber (husband Steven) Cox of Festus, MO and Brittany (husband Logan) McCool of DeSoto, MO; nephews Nathan Marshall of Ste. Genevieve, MO and Aaron Marshall, U.S. Army stationed at Fairbanks, AK; special friends Nelson Carter and Lorette Lemons of Cuba, MO; other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

The family chose cremation as her final disposition, there will not be any services at this time.
