Leo Arthur Robinson, of Cuba, MO, was born on Thursday, November 12, 1987, in St. Louis, MO to Timothy Daniel Robinson and Sarah Josephine Robinson, nee Prickett. He passed away on Wednesday, February 19, 2025, at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO at the age of 37 years, 3 months, and 7 days.
Leo was a lifelong resident of Cuba, MO where he attended and graduated Cuba High School in 2006. He attended Rolla Technical Institute where he studied computer technology and computer repair. He worked for a short time at Hemby Forge and the Sheltered Workshop. Leo’s passion was making chainmail and jewelry at Renaissance Festivals that he attended with Sandy and his dad. He worked over 20 years for his dad’s company, Yods Armory Shop. He enjoyed playing Dungeon and Dragons and Fort Nite. Leo loved anything Star Wars, Star Trek, or Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. He also enjoyed gardening, especially tending to his vegetable garden. Leo was a member of Boy Scout Troop 463 where he earned his Eagle Scout. Leo was fond of Sandy’s nieces and nephews as well as his cousin Octavia.
He is preceded in death by his parents Timothy and Sarah Robinson; grandfather Robert “Bob” L. Robinson; grandparents Sarah and Jefferson Prickett; uncles Kenneth Robinson, Vernon Prickett, Eddie Prickett, and Jack Markley.
Leo is survived by his loving wife, Sandy Eichmeier, of Cuba, MO; grandmother Norma Robinson of Sullivan, MO; aunt Janet de Aguero of Sullivan, MO; uncle Ralph (Susie) Prickett of Cuba, MO; niece Anna Payne of Cameron, MO; nephew Marcus Pontious of Cameron, MO; cousins Joshua Kody Robinson, Octavia Marie Robinson both of Sullivan, MO, Heather Prickett, and RJ Prickett both of Cuba, MO; other relatives and friends.
Visitation was from 3:00PM - 4:00PM on Friday, February 28, 2025, at Hutson Funeral Home in Cuba, MO. Memorial Service immediately followed at 4:00PM with Rev. Joshua Jennings officiating. Memorials were suggested to the COPD Foundation (PO Box 160112 Miami, FL 33116-0112). The family chose cremation as his final disposition.
