Her brother, Jewel. introduced her to his best friend, and, as fate would have it, William Otis Waller become her husband on December 21, 1946 in St. Louis, MO. In 1984 she returned to her roots in Steelville, MO, where she was very active at her church, Center Point Baptist. She moved to Cuba for a few years and then moved to Arnold to be near her children. She continued her active church involvement in First Baptist Church of Arnold, MO. Norma loved to cook, bake, be with her family, and serve in her church.
