Scarlett Olivia Sappington

Scarlett Olivia Sappington of Bourbon, MO was born sleeping on Friday, September 16, 2022, at Missouri Baptist Hospital, Sullivan, MO to Matthew Eber Sappington and Sarah Ellen Jordan.

She was preceded in death by her great grandparents Paul Sappington, Carol Bandy, Sharon Higgins McCall, Melissa Vaccaro, and Arthur (Marilee) Jordan.

Scarlett is survived by her loving parents Matthew Sappington and Sarah Jordan both of Bourbon, MO; grandparents Paul “Sonny” and Melissa “Missy” Sappington of Bourbon, MO and Julia and Douglas Jordan of Whitefield, ME; great grandparents Ron and Wanda Starbeck of Bourbon, MO and Joseph Vaccaro of Bristol, RI; aunts and uncles Caleb Sappington and Eli Sappington both of Bourbon, MO, Emily Jordan, Marissa Jordan, Audrey Jordan and Luke Jordan all of Whitefield, ME;  cousins and a host of people who loved her.

Memorial Service will be 6:00 PM on Friday, September 23, 2022, at Hutson Funeral Home, Cuba, MO. The family chose cremation as her final disposition.
