Scotty Bacon

Scotty Bacon of Steelville, MO was born on Sunday, May 26, 1963, in Leavenworth, KS to Ronald Eugene Bacon and Edna Bacon, nee Warren.  He passed away on Monday, November 4, 2024, at Missouri Baptist Hospital in St. Louis, MO at the age of 61 years, 5 months, and 9 days.

Scotty was raised and attended school in Leavenworth, KS. He moved to Steelville approximately 20 years ago and made his home here.  He worked for Bear Bass at Ozark Outdoors as a handy man and a bus driver.  He loved tattoos and being a tattoo artist.  He also enjoyed scraping vehicles.  

Scotty was preceded in death by his parents Ronald and Edna Bacon.

Scotty is survived by his children Scott Bacon, Jr of Lansing, KS, Shadyn Bacon of Steelville, MO, Samantha (Glen) Hadley of Cuba, MO, and Karissa Campbell of MO; sisters Debi Bacon of Bluffton, SC, Lisa (Terry) Webb of Chuckey, TN, and Pam Henderson and Joan Scott both of Leavenworth, KS; brother Keith E. Bacon of Bossier City, LA; 8 grandchildren; nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

The family chose cremation as his final disposition.  Memorials may be given to the funeral home for final expenses.
