Stephen Leonard Salamone

Stephen Leonard Salamone of Steelville, MO was born on Saturday, January 27, 1968 to Leonard Salamone and Mary Ann Beard (nee Perkins).  He passed away at his residence in Steelville, MO on Tuesday, March 22, 2022 at the age of 54 years, 1 month and 26 days.

Stephen attended and graduated high school in Lawrence, Kansas.  He was self-employed as a handyman and scrapper.  He enjoyed being outdoors especially camping and fishing.  Stephen also enjoyed working on cars and watching movies.  Most of all, he loved spending time with his family.

He was preceded in death by his father, Leonard Salamone.

Stephen is survived by his mother Mary Beard of Steelville, MO; children Erick White and Aurora Salamone both of Wichita, KS, Nicholas Salamone of Florence, KS, Amanda Salamone of Hesston, KS, Athena Salamone of KS, and Ambrosiah Salamone and Avery Salamone, both of Iberia, MO; brothers Timothy (Karen) Salamone of TX and Russell (Jamie) Beard of Iberia, MO; sisters Cassandra Cousins of Owensville, MO, Sonya Lier of Dallas, TX, and Noel Ryan of Leasburg, MO; 8 grandchildren; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.

He chose cremation as his final disposition.  A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
