Trecia Darlean Burnett, nee Jackson, of Cook Station, MO was born on Saturday, October 22, 1955 in St. Louis, MO to Lonnie Jackson and Juanita Jackson, nee Taylor.  She passed away at Phelps Health in Rolla, MO on Thursday, July 7, 2022 at the age of 66 years, 8 months and 15 days.

Trecia grew up around Steelville, MO and Osceola, AR.  She married William Eugene Burnett on March 15, 1973 in Osceola, AR and to this union two children were born.  While her kids were growing up, they lived in Florida and she worked at High Performance Finishing.  In 1996, they moved to Cook Station, MO.  Trecia had accepted the Lord as her personal Savior.  She enjoyed quilting and crocheting.  She had a green thumb and grew a large garden.  She also enjoyed wood working and wood burning.  She was a jill of all trades, she liked painting and taught a ceramics painting class.  Her favorite hobby was gaming, which she played online daily and made many friends.  Most of all, Trecia loved her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents Lonnie and Juanita Jackson; husband William Burnett; parents-in-law William and June Burnett; siblings Patricia (Albert) Dildine and Bobby Jackson; brother-in-law Bo Dildine and niece Joyce Tucker.

Trecia is survived by her children Bobby Burnett and June Burnett both of Cook Station, MO; grandchildren Lindsay Kessels of Cook Station, MO, Tyler Burnett, Robert Burnett and Jordan Burnett all of Steelville, MO; great grandchildren Alexis Kessels, Connor Sneddon and Allison Burnett; sister Connie Dildine of Cuba, MO; cousin Anthony (Mary) Capertino of Cook Station, MO; many nieces, nephews and friends.

The family chose cremation as her final disposition.  There will not be any services held at this time.
