Walter Clifford Pennock

Walter "Wally" Clifford Pennock of Cuba, Missouri was born on Monday, September 21, 1970, in Rolla, Missouri, to Bennie Joe Pennock and Ruby Marie Pennock Heironimus, nee Bilbrey.  He passed away on Wednesday, June 7, 2023, at SSM Health St. Claire Hospital in Fenton, MO at the age of 52 years, 8 months, and 17 days.

Walter attended schools in both Steelville and Cuba and was a truck driver for many years.  He married the love of his life, Jane Alden Goodman on September 21, 1988, in Berryman, MO. He accepted the Lord as his personal Savior at an early age and attended Center Point Baptist Church.  Wally enjoyed hunting, fishing, and mechanic work, especially on automobiles. 

Walter was preceded in death by his father Bennie Joe Pennock, grandparents Benjamin Walter (Juanita) Pennock and Herman Clifford (Lueretta) Bilbrey; parents-in-law James Alden (Virginia Mae) Goodman; and uncle, Tim Bilbrey.

Walter is survived by his wife of 34 years Jane Pennock of Cuba, MO; mother, Ruby Bilbrey Pennock (husband Norman) Heironimus of Cuba, MO; sister Holly Pennock of Rolla, MO; special nephew Tyler Neff; many nieces, other nephews, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, cousins, and friends.

Visitation was Saturday, June 10, 2023, from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM at Hutson Funeral Home, Cuba, MO.  Funeral service immediately followed at 1:00 PM with Rev. Bob Coleman officiating.  Burial was at Cherryville Baptist Cemetery, Cherryville, MO. 

Memorials were suggested to the funeral home to help with final expenses.
